I am pleased to inform Club members that the following arrangement has been agreed with the Royal Automobile Club and the Bonhams London to Brighton Veteran Car Run Steering Group.

Following the successful trial in 2018, the 2019 Bonhams London to Brighton Veteran Car Run (VCR) will include Class 1 pre 1905 motor cycles, the entries being limited to 15 machines.

If you wish to register your interest in taking part, the motorcycle in question must be on the Pioneer Register. You must apply to the Sunbeam Club for approval and registration prior to applying to enter the VCR. This arrangement is now in place to ensure that the machines entered are genuine, similar to the arrangement with The Veteran Car Club of Great Britain for pre-1905 cars in the VCR.

Owners of pre-1905 machines will be invited to register their interest via the VCR web site to participate as soon as entry application forms are made available at the end of April. The deadline for registration of interest is Friday 14 June. The select 15 will then be contacted and invited to enter the Run.
